The UCLU Bruneian Society was established in 2009 with the objectives of not only providing a point of contact for all Bruneians studying at UCL but also to give those unaware of the Bruneian culture a good taste of the Bruneian spirit, food and festivals.
We organise a range of activities including treasure trails, subsidised dinners and traditional kuih(dessert) making sessions. Moreover, we host regular sport sessions, theatre and ice skating trips. There is also lots of opportunity to meet Bruneians from other universities as we collaborate with other Bruneian Societies in a number of events, such as the Annual Brunei Night hosted by ICUBS.
So if you’re interested in knowing more about Bruneian traditions and culture, feel free to join in any of our activities!
